The Hotel Colorado is a National Historic Landmark built in 1893. The Hotel Colorado was given the title of the "Little White House of the West" by Teddy Roosevelt following his 1905 visit. It is also considered the "birthplace of the Teddy Bear" following the same visit. Numerous historic figures like Molly Brown, Howard Taft, Al Capone and others have been guests of this marvelous property. Today is stands as a legend of a time long since gone.
